"Recording Basketball Can Improve Your Team"
Mass Commanders / ICE Basketball Program, is a youth basketball organization that attracts players from the Greater Boston, Metro West, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire areas.
The program was created to support as many kids as possible to excel as student-athletes and have the opportunity to play college basketball if possible.
MCIB offers a wide variety of programs including one on one training, group clinics, and premiere tournament play. The program is following a philosophy where each player will use practice time to earn minutes. The goal is to help each player reach its full potential as the program focuses on individual skills improvement.
Every year, the aim is to have the tournament teams compete at the elite, state, and national levels.

Rudy Crichlow Jr. is Co-director and a coach for MCIB. Being a former basketball player himself, and a coach for more than 20 years, Crichlow Jr. has seen the impact of recording basketball and letting the athletes have a critical look at their performance.
