We improved the camera security

We're excited to announce that Veo admins now have a simple way to control who can operate their Veo Cam.

The update addresses a typical concern: the risk of others accidentally connecting to the Veo Cam and interrupting recordings. Now, only authorized members of the registered club can connect to and operate the camera.

Nobody likes passwords. We understand that, and that’s why Veo admins can control who can operate the Veo Cam in their Veo Clubhouse instead of managing passwords or passcodes. When permissions are set, the update has no impact on the experience when you stand on the pitch, ensuring an uninterrupted, fast and effective flow.

With the new season coming up, it's the perfect time to ensure everyone who needs access to manage the camera is invited. Access your clubhouse here.

Toby Keating, Product Manager at Veo, sums up the essence of this update:

"Security and a sense of trust that the camera will record without interference is paramount. With this update, we’re prioritizing your peace of mind and the integrity of your recordings. We hope this enhancement allows you to focus on what truly matters—capturing those crucial moments of the game without worrying about unwanted interruptions.

As we continue to listen to your feedback and improve our services, we are committed to making your experience with Veo as seamless and secure as possible. Here's to a season of uninterrupted, flawless recordings.”

This security update has been launched for both iOS and Android users.
