We’ve identified an issue with the recent 3.1.11 firmware update for Veo Cam 3. After the update, the camera may remain in the flashing update state and not automatically reboot. To resolve this, please manually reboot your camera (hold down the power button for 15 seconds). After rebooting, the system will update to version 3.1.13, and this issue will no longer occur.
